The mission of the American Trucking Associations, Inc., is to serve and represent the interests of the trucking industry with one united voice; to influence in a positive manner Federal and State governmental actions; to advance the trucking industry's image, efficiency, competitiveness, and profitability; to provide educational programs and industry research; to promote safety and security on our nation's highways and among our drivers; and to strive for a healthy business environment.

Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association

The Owner Operator Independent Drivers Association is the international trade association representing the interests of independent owner-operators and professional drivers on all issues that affect truckers. The more than 145,000 members of OOIDA are men and women in all 50 stats and Canada who collectively own and/or operate more than 240,000 individual heavy-duty trucks and small truck fleets.
Since 1973, the Association has actively advocated the views of professional truckers through its interaction with state, provincial and federal government agencies, legislatures, the courts, other associations, and private businesses to advance an equitable environment for commercial drivers. OOIDA is active in all aspects of highway safety and transportation policy, and represents the positions of professional truckers and numerous committees and in various forums on the local, state, provincial, national and international levels.

Truckload Carriers Association

The purpose of the Association is to provide leadership that will increase members' productivity, profitability and ability to provide superior service; to advocate on behalf of its members and to enhance the truckload industry's ability to provide safe, high quality, reliable truckload transportation services to the shipping public.

Women In Trucking

Women In Trucking was established to provide a platform that will allow women invovled in the trucking industry to voice accomplishments, struggles, and successes. The organization is an active group that finds opportunities to promote the accomplishments of women in the industry.
